Abstract:

Ensuring a prompt legal process is a fundamental necessity of India's Criminal Justice framework, as any postponement can result in a denial of fairness. The entitlement to a rapid trial is embedded in Part III of the Constitution and is extended to everyone. Obstacles like inadequate courtroom capacity, the cumbersome litigation procedure, and the substantial expenses of legal actions have facilitated the emergence of alternative conflict resolution (ACR) techniques.

The primary goal of introducing ACR methods in criminal instances is to provide an economical and easily accessible resolution, particularly for individuals accused of minor wrongdoings, all while safeguarding them from the protracted postponements associated with extensive trials. Consequently, the focus on ACR within India's Criminal Justice System endeavors to present a comprehensive grasp of the notion of plea bargaining and its evaluation.

In India, the Code of Criminal Procedure does include stipulations enabling an accused individual to acknowledge ‘guilt’ rather than demanding a full-scale trial, though this differs from plea negotiation. The notion of Plea Bargaining, obtained from the US Constitution, has proven to be a very effective plan in evading prolonged and intricate legal proceedings. It involves preliminary discussions between the accused and the prosecutor, covering matters related to accusations and potential penalties.

Hence, this paper explores the constitutional components of expediting trials, the assimilation of ACR within India's Criminal Justice System, India's perspective on Plea Bargaining, the merits and demerits of the Plea-Bargaining system in India, and a comparative evaluation of Plea Bargaining between the United States and India.

Abstract:

The government possesses the authority to suspend or commute sentences as outlined in Section 432 of the Criminal Code. The remission should rely on precise, equitable, and rational information. Sentence remission refers to the complete termination of a sentence, albeit in a condensed form. The provisions for granting remission are outlined in Articles 72 and 161 for the President and the Governor, respectively. Instances of non-compliance with Article 21 may arise when applicants for remission experience delays in submitting their required documentation. Remission is not inherently entitled.

It requires a sound knowledge to make more effect in field. Indian nursing council is responsible to establish a uniform standard of education/training for nursing profession. It governs certificate, diploma, bachelor degree, post-graduation degree and doctoral degree programmes in nursing.
The scope of nursing practice includes the range of roles and responsibilities. It also encompasses education, competency and authority to perform the work. It cares autonomously and collectively. It looks after the clients of all ages;   it serves for families, groups and communities. It provides service in all health settings for sick or well.

This review paper provides a detailed review of online code editors. This project is based on web platforms and will allows programmers to write, compile and execute code in real time. It explores the different features of editors, including syntax highlighting, customizable user interface and code sharing. It improves the code’s efficiency to improve the quality of code and performance. It gives freedom to run programming language without the need of any platform requirement to run programming language. There are also certain advantage and limitation that comes while using live code editors for programming tasks including convenience, security issues. This paper provides information about various methods used in the development of editors, as well as their future work. It gives valuable resources for researchers interested in using live code editors. The main features available in our project are workspaces for writing, executing and building source code and a real-time result. This program supports Hyper Text Markup Language(HTML), Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) and JavaScript (JS) programming languages.

The COVID-19 pandemic ushered in an era of widespread digital learning, transforming education worldwide. This review article synthesizes and analyzes research conducted between 2020 and 2023 to assess the effects of digital learning on mental health. The 48 selected studies from various regions provide a multifaceted view of this critical issue. Findings reveal both positive and negative impacts, highlighting the complex relationship between digital learning and mental health. The article offers insights into key themes, challenges, recommendations, inclusion and exclusion policies, research approaches, and methods used by the selected studies.
